• International conflicts affecting freight routes

We will assist customers in tracking packages and communicating with carriers when needed.

4. Delivery Confirmation & Lost Packages

When tracking information confirms a package has been marked “Delivered” to the address provided at checkout, 13th Galleria has fulfilled its delivery obligation.

If a package is marked delivered but not received, customers must:

1. Verify the shipping address provided at checkout

2. Check with neighbors, household members, or building management

3. Contact the shipping carrier directly

4. Notify us within 3 days of delivery confirmation

We are not responsible for stolen packages after confirmed delivery.
