1. All Sales Are Final
All purchases made through 13th Galleria are considered final sale.
We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges unless we determine, at our sole discretion, that a refund is fair and appropriate under the circumstances.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
2. Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once placed.
Because we begin processing and fulfillment shortly after an order is submitted, cancellation requests are not guaranteed and are reviewed on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
3. Shipping Time Acknowledgment
By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Our estimated delivery time is 1–3 weeks
- Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees
- Delays may occur due to carrier disruptions, customs processing, weather conditions, air freight limitations, or events beyond our control
Shipping delays within the stated delivery window do not qualify for cancellation or refund.
4. Delivered Orders
If tracking confirms a package has been marked “Delivered” to the shipping address provided at checkout, 13th Galleria has fulfilled its delivery obligation.
We are not responsible for:
- Lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery
- Incorrect addresses entered at checkout
- Delays caused by the shipping carrier
Customers must contact the carrier directly for delivery disputes once a package is marked delivered.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If an item arrives damaged or defective, customers must contact us within 3 days of delivery and provide clear photo evidence.
We may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
6. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Customers agree to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.
Filing a chargeback without first attempting resolution may delay processing and investigation of the claim.
7. Discretionary Authority
13th Galleria reserves the right to issue refunds, replacements, or store credit on a case-by-case basis when we determine it is fair and appropriate.
All decisions are made at our sole discretion.
